Well it sure didn't take us long. After an extensive search, here is the new "Casa de Berkman". We are only 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to some great restaurants. There is a very cute little wallaby that lives nearby. The guy who rented the house to us is de-snaking the property prior to our move in date. What a steal!
